Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to start a return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

- Gift cards
- Items damaged through customer misuse
