Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping within the UK

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times range from 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delayed or lost packages

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to assist in redirecting the package.
